Description
UX designer designing an app for eTailor from conception to delivery.
Technologies
Figma, Miro
Problem
Busy workers and fashion enthusiasts lack the time necessary to visit a physical tailor.
Solution
Research
I conducted interviews and created empathy maps to understand the users I’m designing for and their needs. A primary user group identified through research was working adults who don’t have time to visit a physical tailor.
This user group confirmed initial assumptions about eTailor’s customers, but research also revealed that time was not the only factor limiting fashion enthusiasts from visiting a physical tailor.
